We plan commercial installations the way a property manager would want them planned: a site walk, a written lighting plan, a clear price, and a schedule that works around your hours.
What we light
Most commercial projects combine a few elements:
- Rooflines and parapets outlined with commercial-grade LED C9 bulbs on cut-to-fit wire.
- Windows and storefront glass, outlined so the building reads clearly from the parking lot.
- Columns, entries, and signage areas wrapped or framed to highlight the front door.
- Trees and planters in front of the building, wrapped with mini lights (priced at the site walk).
We’ll recommend a design that fits your building’s architecture and your brand. A historic downtown storefront calls for something different than a modern office building or a restaurant patio.
Planning, power, and approvals
Commercial buildings often have limited exterior outlets, circuits shared with signage, or rooftop access controlled by a landlord. We’ll map out power during the site walk and design runs that stay within safe loads. If you need a new dedicated circuit, we’ll say so up front and coordinate with a licensed electrician.
If your property manager, landlord, or retail center has rules about exterior décor — installation dates, attachment methods, or insurance requirements — send them to us and we’ll build the plan around them.
Scheduling and takedown
We schedule commercial installs early in the season so your lighting is up before the busiest shopping weeks. Work can be done before opening or after closing to keep walkways clear. After the season, we take everything down on the date you choose. Off-season storage is available so next year’s install is faster.

Rooflines and window outlining start from the same $4–$6 per linear foot base we use for homes. Commercial projects usually include more height, more features, and more power planning, so every commercial job gets a written proposal after the site walk.
