That includes design of your roofline and window layout, professional installation, and January takedown. Trees, shrubs, wreaths, and storage are priced at your free consultation.

No. It's a preliminary range based on the footage you enter. Your exact price depends on your design, roof height and pitch, access, power, and any add-ons. We confirm everything at a free consultation before giving you a written quote.

Trees, shrubs, columns, landscape and pathway lighting, wreaths and garland, custom color schemes, steep or 3-story roof access, electrical work, in-season service calls, and off-season storage. January takedown of your roofline and window lights is included in the base price.

Very small jobs (under about 40 feet) may carry a minimum charge because they still require a crew, a truck, and setup time. We'll tell you up front.

No. We use professional clips designed for shingles and gutters. We never nail, staple, or screw into your home.

Commercial-grade LED C9 bulbs on wire that we cut to fit each section of your roofline. They are bright, energy-efficient, and cool to the touch.

Usually not, as long as we can reach your outdoor outlets. We'll confirm details before your install date.

As early as you can — September and October are ideal. Early bookings get the widest choice of install dates in November.

Takedown is included and scheduled in January, starting right after New Year's. If your HOA has a deadline, tell us and we'll plan around it.

Yes. Many master-planned communities have HOA guidelines on exterior décor timing — we'll work within your HOA's rules.
